Health Data Privacy Notice

This notice covers specifically the health-related information collected through the free W.E.A.L.T.H. Quiz. It works alongside, and does not replace, our general Privacy Policy, which covers the rest of the site.

Coach Kia Joy, operating through SV Wellness Space ("we," "us," or "our"), takes the sensitivity of health-related information seriously. This notice explains, in plain language, what we collect when you take the W.E.A.L.T.H. Quiz, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.

1. What We Collect

When you take the W.E.A.L.T.H. Quiz, we collect:

Your responses to 12 self-assessment questions about your wellness habits, energy, stress response, self-compassion, and related topics across six pillars: Whole-Body Health, Education, Adaptability, Longevity, Therapeutic Self-Care, and Healing.
Your calculated scores — a score for each of the six pillars, a total score, and a results "tier" derived from your answers.
Your first name and email address, which you provide to receive your personalized report.

This is self-reported wellness and lifestyle information. It is not a medical diagnosis, and Coach Kia Joy is a certified health and wellness coach, not a physician, therapist, or licensed healthcare provider. The quiz does not ask for and we do not knowingly collect specific medical diagnoses, medications, or treatment history.

2. Why We Collect It

To calculate and deliver your personalized W.E.A.L.T.H. Score Report
To help Coach Kia Joy understand your starting point if you choose to pursue coaching
To send you the report and, only if you separately opt in, wellness updates and coaching offers by email

3. Your Choices

Before you can see your results, we ask for two separate confirmations:

Required: permission to process your quiz responses and scores to generate your report
Optional: permission to email you wellness updates and coaching offers

You can decline the optional marketing checkbox and still receive your quiz results. We will never bundle the two together, and you can withdraw either consent at any time by contacting us at the email address below.

4. Who We Share It With

We do not sell your quiz responses, scores, name, or email address to any third party, for advertising or any other purpose.

5. How Long We Keep It

We retain your quiz responses and results for as long as your email remains subscribed to our list, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first.

6. Your Rights

You can, at any time, request to:

Access the health-related information we hold about you
Delete your quiz responses, scores, and contact information from our records
Withdraw your consent for us to process this information going forward

7. How We Protect It

We take reasonable technical and administrative steps to protect this information, and our service providers maintain their own security practices. However, no method of storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure. In the unlikely event of a breach affecting your health-related information, we will notify you and, where required, relevant regulators, consistent with applicable law.

8. Changes to This Notice

We may update this notice from time to time. We will post any changes here with a new effective date.
